POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a dynamic and emotionally mature
Management Trainee to embark on a transformative career path. This
position involves a rotational program across various departments,
providing an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our
different business operations. The ultimate goal is to prepare the
Management Trainee for a managerial role within three years.
Regularly reports on progress and experiences to mentors and
management. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES Emotional maturity and
self-motivation, with a strong sense of responsibility. Service
leadership approach with a demonstrated desire to exceed
expectations Ability to quickly adapt as business needs change;
ability to address difficult situations with diplomacy and
emotional intelligence Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word,
Excel, PowerPoint) Bilingual in Chinese and/or Spanish
