Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Performance Marketing to
lead and scale customer acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead customer acquisition strategy across various
channels
Execute and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple
platforms
Design and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates and reduce
customer acquisition costs
Required Qualifications
8-10+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing,
preferably in a SaaS environment
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing
performance marketing teams
Experience optimizing multi-million dollar marketing budgets across
digital channels
Deep knowledge of performance marketing platforms and analytics
tools
Experience with product-led growth strategies and collaboration
with Product teams
