Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance
Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs for
residential units. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of
common tools and experience completing minor repairs, preparing
apartments for new tenants, and maintaining the overall condition
of the property. Key Responsibilities: Perform basic drywall
repairs, patching, and painting Repair or replace door knobs,
locks, and other hardware Complete minor plumbing and electrical
repairs as needed Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants (unit
turnovers) Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Maintain tools
and equipment in good working condition Ensure work areas are clean
and safe Qualifications: Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Experience with drywall repair and general maintenance tasks
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong
