Your role will focus on delivering top-tier vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Perform complex vehicle diagnostics and repairs while maintaining high quality standards. Lead and train other service technicians, guiding them on complex technical issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the automotive service industry and new technological advancements. Ensure compliance with CarMax’s safety policies and procedures. Collaborate with the service team to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Manage time effectively to meet productivity and efficiency goals. Proficient in automotive diagnostic tools and software. Strong ability to perform repairs on a wide range of automotive systems including engine, transmission, suspension, and electronics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance 401k ASE Master Certification (A1-A8) Automotive L1 advanced engine performance certification preferred.
