automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical,
steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. Supervise and
train a team of technicians and mechanics for efficient and
effective performance. Maintain a safe and clean workspace and
adhere to CarMax’s safety standards. Conduct regular vehicle
maintenance services and inspections. Communicate effectively with
service customers and team members to ensure a transparent service
process. Manage workflow and prioritize jobs to ensure timely
completion of tasks. Stay updated with the latest automotive
technology and factory-issued recalls. Strong diagnostic and
problem-solving skills Excellent knowledge of mechanical,
electrical, and electronic components of vehicles Proficiency with
automotive repair tools Leadership and team management skills
Strong customer service and communication skills Time management

Certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service
Excellence (ASE) Valid driver’s license and good driving record
