Are you a seasoned Commercial Construction Superintendent who
thrives on the road and takes pride in delivering high-quality
builds across the country? We're partnering with a leading general
contractor to find top-tier superintendents who are ready to travel
and lead projects from the ground up. Client Details Our client is
a nationally recognized general contractor with a strong reputation
for delivering high-quality commercial construction projects across
the U.S. With decades of industry experience, they specialize in
ground-up builds, tenant improvements, and large-scale renovations
in sectors such as retail, hospitality, healthcare, light
industrial, and office spaces. Description Oversee all on-site
construction activities for commercial projects (retail,
hospitality, office, etc.) Coordinate subcontractors, materials,
and schedules to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery
Enforce safety protocols and quality standards Communicate
effectively with project managers, clients, and vendors Travel to
various job sites across the U.S., typically on a rotational or
project-based schedule Profile 5 years of experience as a
superintendent in commercial construction Proven track record of
managing ground-up or large-scale renovation projects Strong
leadership, communication, and organizational skills Willingness
and ability to travel extensively OSHA 30 certification preferred
