Develop and manage Ownership groups/clients to grow long term relationships with repeat work. Train and develop ALL preconstruction staff and support the Director of Preconstruction. A team that will challenge you and support your success Responsible for the preparation of conceptual, schematic, design development and construction estimates during pre-construction. Ample opportunities for continuing education and career growth What You Bring to the Table Responsible for the accuracy of the estimate, reviews drawings, specifications and all other construction documents and makes the others involved in the project aware of construction related problems, completeness of information and potential risks involved in General Conditions and Supplementary Conditions. Support Business Development in proposal presentations, aids in building client and Architect/Engineer relationships. Understands contractual differences (lump sum, cost plus, CM at Risk, design build, etc.) and preconstruction roles, risks and responsibilities associated with each. Understands and implements company polices, procedures, and expectations in ALL aspects including work product, server organization, and company culture.
