In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their service needs are understood and met with professionalism and efficiency. You will work closely with our service technicians to communicate service recommendations and maintain a smooth vehicle service process, enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing a positive first impression. Listen carefully to customer concerns and assess vehicle issues accurately. Prepare detailed service estimates and explain repairs clearly to customers. Coordinate with service technicians to schedule work and track service progress. Manage work orders and ensure all service documentation is complete and accurate. Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process to provide updates and answer questions. Promote additional services and maintenance recommendations to customers based on vehicle needs. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or technical certification is a plus. Previous experience in automotive service advising or customer service preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to listen attentively and provide clear explanations. Organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency with computer software, including service management systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Reliable and professional with a customer-first attitude.
