Job Description:

The Boiler Service Technician is responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial and industrial boilers, burners, and associated systems. This role demands both technical expertise and a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. · Troubleshoot and service light commercial to large industrial watertube and firetube boilers. · Perform combustion setup, analysis, and adjustments on burners ranging from 0.5 to 30 million BTU/HR. · Diagnose and repair industrial burners and combustion systems. · Conduct internal and external inspections of boilers and associated control systems. · Replace and repair gaskets, valves, and various boiler components. · Evaluate steam and hydronic systems to identify issues and propose solutions. · Work with boiler support equipment including deaerators, feedwater systems, economizers, and blowdown systems. · Install, troubleshoot, and calibrate instrumentation such as thermocouples, loop controllers, transmitters, and other process controls. · Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. · Maintain accurate service records and documentation. · Perform additional responsibilities as requested.
