Project Manager and help drive the future of precision motion! In
this role, you’ll lead the development, industrialization, and
launch of pinion drive production processes that power
high?performance applications worldwide. You’ll coordinate closely
with engineering, operations, quality, production, and global
technical teams to keep projects on track and deliver results that

impact. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Planning Lead
end?to?end project planning including scope, timelines, resource
needs, and milestone tracking Monitor progress toward project
deliverables, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Maintain a comprehensive project schedule covering equipment
readiness, training, documentation, and production launch Manage
structured change control, scope adjustments, and issue resolution
throughout the project lifecycle Customer & Supplier Interface
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers
on all project?related matters Lead all communication and alignment
with external partners across every project phase Coordinate
requirements, technical specifications, approvals, and change
requests Ensure compliance with all quality, cost, and delivery
targets Manage supplier performance, on?time delivery, quality, and
documentation Participate in supplier selection, sourcing
decisions, audits, PPAP activities, and ramp?up support Represent
IMS Gear professionally in all project discussions and negotiations
Cross?Functional Collaboration Collaborate with U.S. and global
engineering, supply chain, production, quality, and maintenance
teams Coordinate technical knowledge transfer and integration of
new processes into the facility Facilitate aligned decision?making
through structured meetings, clear agendas, documentation, and
follow?ups Ensure transparent, contract?compliant, and
collaborative partnerships with all stakeholders Technical &
Process Oversight Support planning and readiness for machining,
turning, and gear?related processes within the pinion drive line
Oversee development and review of process documentation including
setup sheets, PFMEAs, control plans, work instructions, and process
flows Work closely with Process Engineers and technicians to ensure
equipment and processes meet project requirements Training &
Knowledge Transfer Organize and facilitate training activities in
coordination with global subject matter expert. Ensure proper
documentation of training materials, procedures, and technical
learnings Support onboarding of new project team members regarding
technical and operational project requirements Communication,
Reporting & Documentation Serve as the communication hub between
all internal and external project stakeholders Provide regular
updates and presentations to leadership on progress, issues, and
key metrics Maintain complete and accurate documentation for
audits, stage?gate reviews, APQP elements, and launch readiness
Risk & Compliance Management Identify risks early and drive
proactive mitigation actions Track and resolve project issues using
structured problem?solving methods Ensure adherence to IMS Gear
standards, customer requirements, and APQP principles Other duties
as assigned What We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field. 3–7 years of
experience in manufacturing project management or technical project
leadership. Strong understanding of machining or gear manufacturing
processes (CNC turning, hobbing, or similar). High level of
organization, communication, and problem-solving ability.
Experience managing cross-functional and cross-cultural project
teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, project scheduling
tools, and ERP systems. Experience in gear manufacturing or
automotive-related production environments. Experience coordinating
projects involving European technical teams. Project Management
certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar), preferred Familiarity with
APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and production validation methodologies IMS Gear
