an Engineering Manager that will play a key in aligning engineering
activities for value creation, regulatory and code compliance, and
achieving long-term client goals. Operating at the tactical and
assisting with the operational levels, this position influences
planning, budgeting, and organizational development. What We’re
Looking for Expert technical proficiency in transmission and
distribution systems, standards, and tools. Budgeting and resource
management across teams. Team coordination and excellent leadership
skills. Attention to detail in design reviews and field support.
Safety awareness and regulatory compliance understanding. Advanced
proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Excellent communication,
teamwork skills, and ability to work with others. Ability to meet
deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of
transmission and distribution project processes. Ability to
identify quality issues. Stakeholder engagement with contractors
and internal partners What You’ll Do Oversee multiple engineering
teams or a full department responsible for planning, designing, and
executing transmission and distribution infrastructure projects.
Align engineering efforts with organizational goals, regulatory
mandates, and long term client success. Manage project budgets,
staffing, and performance evaluations, ensuring efficient use of
resources. Lead initiatives focused on grid modernization, system
resilience, and integration of new technologies. Collaborate with
operations, planning, construction, and executive teams to ensure
engineering solutions support business needs. Develop and enforce
engineering standards, processes, and quality assurance protocols
