employees. What You’ll Be Doing Perform mechanical maintenance,
troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment to support safe and
reliable operations. Inspect machinery to identify potential issues
and proactively recommend corrective actions. Install, align, and
maintain mechanical components such as motors, bearings, conveyors,
and pumps. Complete preventive maintenance tasks and accurately
document work performed. Collaborate with operations and
maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and minimize
downtime. What We Are Looking For Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
and ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues. Capability to
work safely with tools, machinery, and industrial equipment. Strong
problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced
environment. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals,
diagrams, and work orders. Dependability, teamwork, and a
commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Conditions of
Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer
pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and
background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing
drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily
in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical
equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated
