key member of the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Digital
Transformation organization, the Solution Train Engineer will be a
Servant Leader and Coach for the StarDrive Solution Train,
facilitating and guiding the work of all ARTs and Suppliers in the
3DX digital thread ecosystem. This highly visible role will
coordinate, facilitate, and help to guide the constituent Agile
Release Trains (ARTs), IT Systems, and organizations toward
productive outcomes. The Solution Train Engineer (STE) possesses a
systems view of the entire development and delivery process.
Working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment, the
Solution Train Engineer will have the following responsibilities: •
Facilitates and guides the work of all ARTs and Suppliers in the
Value Stream • Lead and coordinate the large solution delivery PI
cadence • Act as a Lean-Agile Leader to the train and often as a
Coach to others within the Solution Train and ARTs regarding Lean
and Agile practices. • Be a relationship builder, establishing
vital connections within and outside the Solution Train to help the
portfolio operate as a collaborative, adaptive network • Facilitate
synchronization across the Solution Train coordinating or hosting
regular syncs to keep the Solution Train on track. What’s In It For

working in an Agile/SAFe environment • Proven experience working
across functions and Programs to deliver results Desired skills •
Certified in SAFe a plus • Experience as a Solution Train Engineer,
Release Train Engineer, Solution Train Manager, or Product
Owner/Product Manager desired • Experience leading complex IT
Systems Integration efforts • Business Process Reengineering
experience desired • Experience managing across organizational
boundaries • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Systems, Manufacturing Engineering Systems (MES), Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) Systems • Experience working with Dassault
3DExperience Platform a plus • Experience working with Dassault
Apriso, Quintiq, or other Dassault Manufacturing systems a plus •
Strong Program Management Skills • Excellent communication skills
and ability to communicate effectively to executives as well as to

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position
will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their
work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The
specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring
process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a
variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $141,300 - $244,835. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
