Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Client Solutions to lead a
team in delivering enrollment technology solutions in the Workforce
Benefits division.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to deliver best-in-class enrollment technology
solutions
Oversee operational components of enrollment technology and ensure
effective data exchange
Diagnose and resolve client-level technology issues while coaching
team members to meet performance goals
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in the workforce or voluntary benefits
industry
Experience as a people leader in a fast-paced environment
Experience implementing workforce benefits platforms at the
enterprise level
Understanding of technology ecosystems, particularly within the
FinTech industry
College degree or equivalent experience preferred
