Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Research & Development to
lead engineering and product delivery efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the software development team to deliver timely releases for
software applications
Implement efficient processes and tools to enhance productivity and
resource allocation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in
planning and executing software initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a
related field
5+ years of experience managing development teams in software
product delivery
Strong understanding of the Agile Development process
Familiarity with technologies such as .NET, SQL, HTML, and
JavaScript
Knowledge of B2B SaaS environments, particularly for small
businesses
