clear, and actionable growth strategies to our clients using
advanced analytical techniques, large scale primary consumer
research, and behavioral science.
We are hiring a Director level Individual to support our growing
Quick Service Restaurant business including fast food, fast casual,
and sit down. Our focus for this role is on expertise in Revenue
Management (RM advisory) coupled with broader end-to-end commercial
excellence experience. This individual will join a high performing
unit delivering best in class RM strategies across the Quick
Service Restaurant universe.

- As a Director, you will be a key member of our Consumer
consulting team, focusing on Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
strategy and driving value-based outcomes.
- Cultivate trusted-partner client relationships, source project
opportunities, and develop project proposals that lead to revenue
generation.
- Deliver solutions by leveraging deep content knowledge and
client relationship-building skills, with expertise in the Consumer
sector, specifically within the Quick Service Restaurant
industry.
- Experience in pricing and growth strategy development,
including menu price architecture optimization, location
clustering, promotional planning, channel and delivery strategy,
loyalty program optimization, occasion/daypart expansion, and
global growth initiatives.
- Identify client pain points and develop customized solutions to
address complex strategy engagements.
- Actively participate in proposal development and pre-sales
meetings with potential clients to understand their needs,
priorities, and challenges, while expanding Simon-Kucher's
commercial growth strategy, offerings, and client base.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop, implement, scale, and
manage delivery in a way that balances customer success, project
profitability, and employee satisfaction, while proactively
responding to and incorporating client feedback.
- Own client engagements and projects within the Consumer sector,
with a focus on Quick Service Restaurant organizations. Ensure that
projects balance customer success, profitability, and employee
satisfaction,
- Provide exceptional client service and communication, even in
challenging or unexpected situations.
- Be a high-energy, hands-on, creative consulting leader who
works effectively with clients, staff, and partners in a
non-hierarchical model.
- Lead and guide a talented team of junior consultants to develop
actionable insights and recommendations using data, analytics, and
research that deliver impactful results for Quick Service
Restaurant clients.
- Act as a hands-on player and demonstrate proven expertise in
delivering complex change and program management projects, while
managing the creation and execution of these opportunities.
- Manage multiple engagements and project teams simultaneously,
providing coaching, training, and feedback to team members.
- Proactively steer the growth and development of Simon-Kucher's
Consumer sector, specializing in Quick Service Restaurant strategy
by contributing to key priorities such as developing new
capabilities, supporting thought leadership initiatives, and
identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop and deliver thought leadership in collaboration with
peers and senior team members, with a focus on Quick Service
Restaurant strategy.
- Stay abreast of current industry trends, challenges, and best
practices relevant to Quick Service Restaurant businesses.
- Analyze existing processes and tools, recommending
opportunities for continued improvement.
- Exhibit high levels of empathy and emotional intelligence when
managing conflict or communicating changes.
- Play an integral role in the recruitment and integration of new
consultants with a focus on the Quick Service Restaurant
industry.

within the firm.Your profile:
- Exceptional drive, determination, and a passion for being part
of a growing, top-tier consulting firm.
- Strong knowledge and passion for the Consumer sector, with a
specific focus on the Quick Service Restaurant industry including
fast food, fast casual, and sit down.
- An undergraduate degree is required; MS, MA, MBA, or other
advanced degrees are preferred.
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in a professional services
environment, ideally in management consulting, serving the Consumer
sector, specifically within the QSR industry.
- Proven expertise in consulting disciplines such as growth
strategies, go-to-market strategies, segmentation (advanced
analytics), product and portfolio design, pricing, marketing, value
proposition development, distribution strategy (omni-channel
management, digitization, and channel orchestration), sales
strategies (sales efficiency, processes, incentives, and
motivations), and monetization strategies.
- Access to an established network within the Quick Service
Restaurant industry, particularly with senior executives in QSR
organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain deep relationships
with senior clients.
- Proven track record in selling and managing new and follow-on
engagements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable
insights from large data sets.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, direct teams,
and complete challenging project tasks within tight timelines.
- Proven experience managing multiple engagements, including work
plans, deliverables, budgets, schedules, and accounts
receivable.
- Effective presentation and communication skills to deliver key
insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build, grow, and maintain a high-performing
consulting team.
- Inclusive and empathetic leadership style that delivers
tangible results for clients and fosters collaboration across
teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
seamlessly and collaboratively with internal and external

- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.The pay range for
this position in New York is $215,000-$250,000/year & the pay range
in California is $225,000-$260,000/year. Compensation may vary
depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and
