  • Completed training and certification for all restaurant positions
  • Successful completion of Management Training Program
  • Field Exam score of 90% or higher
  • Serve Safe certificationPerformance Metrics:

    • Show Bo Evaluation: minimum score of 90
    • Drive Thru Times: under 55 seconds
    • Food Variance: 1.5% of sales or better
    • Turnover Rates: below 150%
