Our client, industry-leading organization in data center construction and telecommunications, is seeking a Construction Integration Manager 3 to join their team. As a Construction Integration Manager 3, you will be part of the project management and construction support team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of complex data center fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Construction Integration Manager 3 Location: Palmetto, GA (Onsite) Pay Range: $63.27 - $69.60 What's the Job? Oversee daily construction activities, including site walk-throughs and supervision of fit-out operations. Coordinate with technical and administrative teams to resolve production and processing issues promptly. Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems to ensure project standards are met. Manage hiring, training, evaluation, and discharge of staff, while resolving personal grievances effectively. Maintain comprehensive production reports and personnel records to monitor project progress and performance. What's Needed? 4-5 years of experience in data center construction and telecom fit-out projects. Familiarity with telecom specifications and large-scale data center requirements. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and technical plans including blueprints and models. Excellent verbal communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
