Company Description Job Description Main Responsibilities: Product Marketing Leadership -- Serve as the Product Marketing lead for our Unified Communication portfolio, which includes Microsoft (Skype for Business/Teams) and Cisco (WebEx Teams) -- Help to set the strategy, build and grow the UC business in North and South America -- Serve as a thought leader and public evangelist for the UC service line with speaking opportunities, writing, social media, etc. Product Launch and Promotion Process -- Responsible for the Go-To-Market strategy, planning and implementation of all UC services -- Drive and own the launch of new products and services and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan -- Engage with departmental stakeholders before, during and after the launch process to evaluate status and success of product launch -- Partner with sales leadership to organize and deliver sales enablement programs Product Life Cycle / Product Roadmaps -- Manage the product life-cycle from beginning to end -- Update and maintain product roadmaps and timelines -- Support programs and tools to drive sales readiness, market penetration and revenue generation -- Liaise with Corporate Marketing & Product Management for the next releases of products Offer Management -- Owner of marketing offers and product marketing -- Define market segments and requirements, build go-to-market strategies Identify gaps in our current portfolio and propose new marketing offers ideas and then secure support from internal stakeholders to fund and execute these offers -- Continuously evaluate and improve product offers based on customer requests, sales needs and market research -- Develop the positioning, pricing, packaging, messaging for all new offers Partner Marketing -- Work with external partners to launch joint lead generation campaigns -- Engage with partner Product and Marketing teams to stay informed on future developments and programs -- Identify potential new partnerships and vendors to support product & process Reporting & Communications -- Communicate the value proposition of the products and services to the sales teams and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products. Train the sales force when needed. -- Monitor and analyse trends in telecom and networking for communications purposes -- Serve as the internal and external evangelist for all product offerings, including engagement with the channel partners and key customers -- Follow competition and keep abreast of the competition landscape -- Deliver feedback on product features to product management on new products and services -- Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on the progress of activities Revenue Focus -- Use webinars/webcasts to promote the products & services -- Help sales pitch clients on large opportunities -- Perform product demonstrations to key customers and channel partners This position reports to the Head of Marketing-Americas For more information, please visit Qualifications Required Skills: --- Deep knowledge of voice environments and telecom technologies (Voice, PBX, IP-PBX (VoIP), SBCs, SIP, MPLS networks) --- Proven track record in designing and developing compelling marketing offers --- Robust problem solving skills and the ability to develop highly efficient / effective processes --- Project management skills, experience in working with multiple stakeholders and departments involved --- Solid attention to detail and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple-tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines --- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and peers that are not under direct control --- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. --- Self-motivated, results-driven with initiative and a sense of urgency --- Proven track record of building strong relationships --- Ability to travel occasionally for events, training or meetings --- Team player a must --- Self starter and "hands-on" type of mentality Experience: --- 7 to 10 years' experience as a Product Manager/Director or Product Marketing Manager/Director in a fast paced and global environment --- Extensive experience in the communications industry or Software/SaaS based services --- Marketing experience with Microsoft, Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Cisco, ( --- Cisco WebEx Teams or other Unified Communications platforms is strongly preferred Qualification: --- BA/BS or equivalent required, MBA desirable Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
