SummaryWe are hiring an Executive Director-RN with a $7500 sign-on bonus!Responsibilities

• Responsible for directing day-to-day operations of the provider and supervision of provider staff.
• Ensures that the Clinical and/or Executive Director is available during all operating hours or directly provides coverage for those duties. Must be immediately available to be on-site during business hours, or immediately available by telephone when offsite conducting agency business, including but not limited to community presentations, conferences, and meetings with physicians. Available after hours as needed.
• Supervises and ensures high quality patient care services throughout the episode of care. This includes overseeing referral coordination, continually assessing patient needs, and ensuring the development, implementation, and updates of the patient's individualized plan of care. Ensures coordination with physicians, families, and other clinicians involved in care as appropriate.
• Communicates effectively with staff through staff meetings, case conferences, and mandatory in-services.
• Supervises patient care to ensure the delivery of safe, economical, and efficient patient care, adhering to relevant standards of nursing and medical practice, including federal and state regulations, Joint Commission standards, payer source criteria, and LHC policies. Ensures patient care is provided according to the physician-ordered plan of care.
• Oversees survey readiness activities, actual surveys, and ensures plans of correction are developed, implemented, and monitored.
• Supervises agency staff performance, monitoring and assessing employee performance regularly using clinician scorecards and annual performance evaluations.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.Education and ExperienceLicense Requirements:

• Registered nurse with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in home healthcare.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
