Job Description:
The PTA provides direct physical therapy rehabilitation under
the supervision of a licensed PT, following all legal and
organizational standards.
Must be a graduate of an accredited ASPT program and hold an active
state license; 1+ year post-acute care experience preferred.
Responsibilities include participating in community health
projects, coordinating patient care, and ensuring safety and
confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email; able to make
independent decisions and demonstrate good body mechanics.
Follow treatment plans, chart accurately, utilize therapy software,
and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain dependable attendance, communicate effectively, and work
as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Physical ability to sit, stand, lift, and move as needed; adhere to
company policies and maintain professionalism.
