Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Program Therapist to join our
Outpatient Services Team at Ada, OK, providing mental health
support to families, couples, and individuals. Responsibilities
include maintaining confidentiality, delivering family, couple,
individual, and group therapies, utilizing validated assessment
tools, and collaborating with other professionals. Lead family
education classes, assist in building referral networks, and engage
with local schools and community organizations. Provide excellent
customer service, ensure a safe environment, and adhere to all
regulations and policies. Must have a master's degree in a related
field, relevant licensure, and at least 2 years of experience
preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication,
honesty, and the ability to work independently, with skills in
basic computer use. Work involves some physical activity and may
require after-hours or weekend work.
