Job Description:
We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a skilled
nursing facility with shift options including full-time, part-time,
on-call, weekend, day, and night shifts.
Offer $2,800 hire-on bonus for full-time employees.
Responsibilities include providing direct patient care,
administering medications, monitoring vital signs, wound care,
assisting with daily activities, communicating with healthcare
providers, and supervising CNAs.
Ensure compliance with regulations, maintain accurate
documentation, and support infection control protocols.
Qualifications include a current LPN license, BLS certification,
and preferably experience in a skilled nursing setting.
