Conducts personalized health evaluations for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health and identifying care barriers. Earns $80+ per assessment, with potential weekly earnings up to $4,000, plus opportunity to increase pay through market multipliers and pay-per-test incentives.
