Salary: $27 - $31 / per hour. $1200(Days) & &1750(Nights) Sign On Bonus. Case1- Maryville 4/3 Rotation 6:30a-6:30p. Pediatric Patient. Case2-Maryville Monday-Friday 7a-5p. Pediatric Patient Case3-Maryville Monday-Friday 7a-5p. Pediatric Patient Case 4-Madisonville Monday- Friday 7a-3p or 8a-4p. Pediatric Patient. Case5- Madisonville Monday-Friday 8a-4p. Qualifications: - Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice. - Current TB or Chest X-Ray. - Current BLS card.
