/n /n As a Lead Behavioral Health Clinician, you will treat a wide
variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our
diverse patient population. You will provide patients with
behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and
group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient
programs. /n /n Primary Responsibilities: /n /n - Review the work
of others and provides recommendations for improvement while
motivating and inspiring other team members as a leader and mentor
/n - Screen and assess patients for common mental health disorders
including depression, anxiety, bi-polar, trauma, grief, and eating
disorders /n - Provide treatment for a variety of mental health
conditions using treatment approaches including cognitive
behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other
evidence-based methods /n - Systematically track treatment response
and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment
side effects or complications /n - Form excellent provider-patient
alliances and coordinate care with external providers /n - Maintain
accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (Athena) and
clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory
requirements /n /n /n This position offers a competitive benefit

Required Qualifications: /n /n - Master’s degree in psychology,
social work, or a related counseling field /n - Clear, active and
unrestricted license as either a Licensed Professional Counselor
with Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP) or a LCSW
board-approved supervisor in the state of Tennessee /n - 2 years of
experience as state approved supervisor /n /n /n Preferred
Qualifications: /n /n - Experience providing direct psychotherapy
services to individuals and families /n - Experience working with
computers for professional communication and medical documentation
- Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs) /n - Proven ability to
work both independently and collaboratively with equal
effectiveness /n /n /n The salary range for this role is $71,600 to
$140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on
several factors including but not limited to local labor markets,
education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group
