Job Description:
Specialty - Hematology Oncology Internal Provider will be out
(Feb 13th - April 17th) Dates: Feb 13- April 17 Specialty Hem/Onc
Will they award multiple providers for support? No Reason for
coverage: PTO Schedule hours 7:30 AM 5:00 PM Schedule you need
filled M-Th 7:30am to 5:00pm Clinic and call Call back % Beds in
Department: 0 Patient per shift: 18 - 22 EMR/Documentation:Athena
Support staff (Other MDs, NP/PA, RN etc)2 RN s, 2 CMA s Willing to
consider non-licensed or IMLC providers No Board certification
required or preferred? Required Certifications required (ATLS, BLS,
ACLS, PALS)BLS, ACLS Will you accept Multiple providers No, prefer
same provider Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital Monday-Thursday 4 days
per week, 9 hour days Inpatient /Outpatient - Outpatient only Type
of Charting /EMR - Athena BMT or Hem component? Hem % of HemOnc
versus Medical Onc?60/40 Number of new patient consults/day and
week: Up to 2 4 per day How is time split between new consults and
follow ups (30 min/45 min): 20 min Established, min New Hours of

If on call for the hospital, is the locum required to be on call
for the clinic only or are they responsible for ER calls? What % of
