Certified Surgical Technologist Location: Atlanta, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,082 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 18 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: CVOR Tech Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: CVOR Tech Duration: 18 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: GA or Compact license required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Experience with cardiovascular/thoracic procedures - Ability to work effectively within a team Description: The unit requires compliance with call requirements. Call is expected one day a week and one weekend approximately every four weeks. Candidate should be open to floating within the facility and to the main OR as needed. Travelers with a minimum of two years experience are preferred, but first-time travelers are accepted. Candidates will undergo a clinical screen to determine clinical fit. If the clinical screen is passed, candidates will be sent to management for the final decision. Requests for time off must be limited to a maximum of seven days. Travelers are expected to work major holidays should they fall within their assignment period. If only one major holiday occurs, the traveler is expected to work it. For two major holidays, the expectation is the traveler works both. If three major holidays occur, the expectation is to work at least two. Full compliance is required prior to starting the position. Failure to meet compliance requirements may result in a two-week delay for scheduling. References from supervisory positions are preferred. Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s. It is important that candidates can provide core items and complete necessary preparations within 48 hours of signing the contract. Return travelers must complete a successful assignment outside of the previous facilities before rebooking. Modules are non-billable and are factored into the onboarding process.
