Job Description:
Coverage Details: Coverage needed per month (24hr / hourly
shifts / shifts call, etc): 24hr call 8hrs daily in clinic Mon-Fri
Frequency of any Call needed: varies Schedule Details: (start / end
times, days of the week, etc): TBD Procedures 24hr call in-house
clinic, 8hrs Monday-Friday. Inpatient & Outpatient nephrology,
management of dialysis patients - hemo and peritoneal. No peds.
REQUIREMENTS: TN license, BC in Nephrology, clean background, Epic
EMR Work Details: Department Description: Inpatient & Outpatient

No peds. Patient Age Group: adults EMR/Documentation System: Epic
