Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Maryville, TN Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,984 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Maryville, Tennessee, 37804! Job Opportunity – Medical/Surgical Telemetry RN – Tennessee Start Date: February 9, 2026 Location: Maryville, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 13-week assignment with weekend coverage required; patient ratios 5:1 days, 6:1 nights and weekends; daily census of 30 patients Highlights: Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit with diverse patient mix including general medical, pre/post-operative, and post-cardiac catheterization patients Experience with specialized bedside procedures including dialysis catheter placement, thoracentesis, and incision and drainage EPIC EMR system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and radiology Paid pre-assignment modules and orientation (up to 16 billable hours for module completion) Two blocks of pre-approved time off during assignment Floating only to units within demonstrated skill set and competencies Requirements: Active Tennessee RN license Minimum 1 year of recent Medical/Surgical and Telemetry experience Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience required Experience with rapid response/code teams, peripheral line care, oxygen administration, and isolation precautions Flu vaccination required (no exemptions); COVID-19 vaccination not required Must be located 100 miles from facility to qualify for full travel rates Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work with a diverse patient population spanning adults and geriatrics in a dynamic Med/Surg Telemetry environment.
