seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician

and patient assessments Develop and implement patient management
plans, record progress notes, and assist in provision of continuity
of care Prescribe medications following the organization's
protocols Communicate with patients and their families regarding
their health and wellness Participate in community health
initiatives as part of the organization's outreach Collaborate with
healthcare professionals to plan or provide treatment Supervise and
mentor nursing staff and other junior medical staff Strong
diagnostic skills Ability to manage a wide range of medical
situations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) software Capability
to work both independently and as part of a team Adaptability in a
dynamic healthcare environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Current valid state license as a Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant Board certification from ANCC,
AANP (for NP), or NCCPA (for PA) Basic Life Support (BLS) and
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
