Job Description:

Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team.
This role is instrumental in delivering primary and urgent care
services in underserved communities. Our ideal candidate will share
our passion for making a significant impact in the health outcomes
of our patients, bringing clinical expertise and a compassionate
approach to everyday interactions. Conduct patient assessments,
diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans. Prescribe
medications following established guidelines and state regulations.
Provide timely and accurate documentation of patient care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient
care. Educate patients and their families on preventive health
measures. Follow up with patients to assess their progress and
manage ongoing care. Strong clinical skills with the ability to
diagnose and treat a wide spectrum of conditions. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare setting. Proficiency in
using healthcare software and electronic health records. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current licensure as a
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of practice.
Certification from an accredited board (AANP or NCCPA). CPR and
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
