team as an Acute Care Float Pool Nurse. This role is pivotal in
ensuring that high-quality care is delivered across multiple
departments within our facility, including emergency care,
cardiology, and oncology. As a Float Pool Nurse, you will have the
unique opportunity to gain diverse experience and provide critical
support where it is needed most. Our ideal candidate is highly
adaptable, resilient under pressure, and skilled in various nursing
disciplines. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to
patients in various units according to their medical needs. Assess,
plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration
with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed and monitor responses. Maintain accurate patient records
and communicate patient status to appropriate healthcare team
members. Adapt to the unique demands of different units while
maintaining high-quality care standards. Educate patients and their
families regarding treatment plans and ongoing needs after
discharge. Strong clinical skills in a variety of healthcare
settings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability
to adapt quickly to changing environments Efficient in time
management and prioritizing tasks Capability to work independently
as well as part of a team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of Tennessee Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
