This position is designed to offer a supportive environment to new
graduates or nurses transitioning into emergency care, fostering
professional growth and development within our dynamic ER setting.
Provide immediate and effective nursing care to patients in the
emergency room setting. Assist in the assessment and monitoring of
patient health, administering treatments and medications as
prescribed by attending healthcare providers. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary medical teams to ensure comprehensive patient
care. Participate in training and development sessions to enhance
nursing skills and knowledge in emergency care. Maintain accurate
patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital
protocols and compliance regulations. Strong clinical skills and
ability to handle high-pressure situations Excellent interpersonal
and communication skills Capability to work efficiently both
independently and as part of a team Adaptability and resilience in
a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using medical software for
patient management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of Tennessee or a Compact RN license valid for work in
Tennessee. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
