As a NICU Nurse, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality care to our most vulnerable patientsnewborns who require intensive medical attention. This role demands a compassionate approach, excellent clinical skills, and an unwavering commitment to providing family-centered care. Provide direct nursing care in a diverse environment in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement effective patient care strategies. Administer medications and monitor vital signs, adapting nursing care to meet the evolving needs of the patients. Educate and support patients' families by providing information and emotional support to effectively cope with the NICU experience. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment to ensure safety and operational efficiency. Proven ability to provide critical care to neonates in a NICU setting. Strong understanding of neonatal resuscitation and stabilization techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both patients' families and healthcare team members. Adept at handling high-stress situations and making informed clinical decisions. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee. Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC-NIC) preferred.
