Job Description:
HCRC Staffing is seeking a qualified Pediatrician for immediate
placement in a dynamic healthcare facility in Lenoir City, TN. This
position involves providing comprehensive medical care and
preventive health measures to infants, children, and adolescents in
accordance with the high standards of practice in the pediatric
field. Our Pediatrician will work closely with patients and their
families, medical staff, and administration to ensure the highest
quality of child care and wellbeing. Examine patients to assess
general physical condition. Prescribe and administer treatments,
therapies, medications, vaccinations, and other specialized medical
care. Track patient growth, development, and health, offering
preventative health advice to parents. Discuss patient conditions
and treatment options with patient guardians, respecting privacy
and confidentiality. Maintain updated patient records and
developmental milestones. Collaborate with healthcare professionals
to plan for patient care. Ability to communicate effectively with
children and guardians. Analytical skills for accurate diagnosis.
Empathy and patience to deal with sensitive cases. Ability to
manage high workload and stressful situations. 401k Board Certified
or Board Eligible in Pediatrics. Current valid medical license in
Tennessee.
