Job Description:
HCRC Staffing is currently seeking a qualified Pediatrician to
join a dynamic team in Lenoir City, TN. This position entails
providing compassionate and comprehensive medical services to
children from birth through adolescence. The ideal candidate will
be skilled in diagnosing and treating a wide range of pediatric
conditions, promoting preventive care, and managing the overall
health and wellbeing of young patients. As a Pediatrician, you will
work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver
the highest quality of care in a patient-centered environment.
Conduct regular thorough examinations on newborns and young
children to check and record their health and normal physical
development Prescribe and administer treatments, therapies,
medications, vaccinations, and other specialized medical care
Discuss with child patients and their parents the importance of
preventive health measures such as proper nutrition, hygiene, and
vaccination schedules Diagnose and effectively manage common
childhood illnesses, both acute and chronic Coordinate with
healthcare professionals and referral specialists as needed
Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications, and
transactions according to company protocols and privacy regulations
Educate and update parents on their child’s health and medical
needs Strong diagnostic skills Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills Ability to make decisions in high-pressure
situations Compassionate and approachable with an ability to foster
relationships with children 401k Board Certified or Board Eligible
in Pediatrics Valid state medical license
