Job Description:
HCRC Staffing is actively seeking a qualified Pediatrician to
join a dynamic healthcare team in Lenoir City, TN. This position
offers you the opportunity to provide compassionate and
comprehensive care to the pediatric population of this vibrant
community. As a Pediatrician, you will be responsible for
diagnosing and treating illnesses, monitoring growth and
development, administering vaccinations, and providing health
education to parents and caregivers. Our ideal candidate is
dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes, promoting healthy
lifestyles, and participating in community health efforts. Conduct
regular thorough examinations on newborns and young children to
check and record their health and normal physical development
Examine sick children to determine their condition and ask
intuitive questions to gather information about symptoms Prescribe
medications and give detailed instructions for administration
Prescribe and interpret appropriate lab tests to gain more
information for possible infections or abnormalities Prepare and
administer vaccines according to the immunization schedule Advise
parents on children’s diet, exercise and disease preventive
measures Keep updated records of patients’ illnesses, surgeries or
other medical episodes (allergic shocks, injuries) Keep up with
advancements in pediatrics and best practices by attending seminars
and conferences Strong ability in diagnosing and treating a variety
of pediatric illnesses Detailed knowledge of children’s illnesses
and potential treatment modalities High proficiency in managing
emergency situations that arise with pediatric patients Ability to
communicate complex medical information to non-experts Empathetic
and compassionate communicator with patient and family 401k Board
Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Valid medical license in
the state of Tennessee
