Job Description:
Georgia Hospice Care (GHC) is seeking a dedicated Clinical
Manager to join our compassionate team of professionals, delivering
exceptional end-of-life care across Georgia. This pivotal role will
manage clinical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality
hospice services, focusing on the comfort and dignity of patients
in their final stages. The Clinical Manager will oversee a team of
healthcare professionals, streamline processes, and maintain
compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will
possess a strong background in clinical healthcare, leadership
skills, and a profound commitment to enhancing patient care. Manage
day-to-day clinical operations in hospice care settings. Supervise,
train, and evaluate healthcare staff to ensure quality service
delivery. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and GHC
standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to
enhance patient care plans. Manage patient data and clinical
records, upholding confidentiality and accuracy. Participate in the
development of care programs and budget management. Address and
resolve any issues related to patient care. Strong leadership and
organizational skills. Excellent communication skills both verbal
and written. Profound empathy and dedication to patient care.
Ability to handle high-stress situations. Proficient in healthcare
management software and patient data systems. Medical Insurance

license required. Certification in hospice and palliative care
nursing preferred.
