Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Maryville,
Tennessee, 37804! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing
Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours
per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Labor and Delivery
required. License: Active RN license required. Certifications:
Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate required. Must-Have:
Must have 1 year of EPIC experience. Floating to other units is
required but will only be based on skill set. Weekend coverage and
call are required. No first-time travelers. Description: The
Registered Nurse will provide care in the Labor and Delivery unit.
Triage assessments, inductions, and cesarean sections will be
performed. Assistance with external versions, NSTs, and
circumcisions is required. Newborn resuscitation and stabilization
skills are necessary. Administration of magnesium sulfate is
expected. Experience in high-risk delivery assistance is preferred.
Nurses will be working with a variety of patient age groups
including neonates and adults. Competencies in managing various
maternal and neonatal conditions are essential. Travelers are
expected to demonstrate competencies for floating to other units.
Reimbursement for required training modules may be available. A
strong emphasis on teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration is
required. Documentation using electronic charting systems is
necessary. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive knowledge
