Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Knoxville, TN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,945 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Active nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, PALS Must-Have: CERNER experience is required. Weekend shifts required: 4 shifts per schedule period (4 weeks). First-timers accepted based on previous experience. Will float within scope to meet facility needs. Open to accommodating block schedule. Description: CERNER experience is required for this position. The work schedule is 3 PM to 3 AM. Patient-to-nurse ratio is 4:1. Candidates should have experience in an Emergency Department setting. Charting system experience is necessary. No pending licenses will be accepted. Requests for time off will be considered at the time of the interview. COVID-19 vaccine is not required, but flu vaccine is required with exemptions allowed for medical or religious reasons. Candidates should expect to work some holidays. Modules will be completed during orientation and annually, specific to specialty.
