Knoxville, Tennessee, 37923! Job Title: Registered Nurse

Experience: Minimum Years of Experience: 1 License: Current and
valid RN license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Must-Have: Charge Experience required Patient Ratio Experience

completion of requirements. Float requirement: Yes. Two weekends
per month or every other weekend required. Travelers requesting
time off during holidays will not be accommodated. This includes
specific holidays such as Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Travelers may address any holiday time
off requests directly with the manager after arriving onsite.
Preferred charting system experience. Experience: Required in any
community hospital setting. Prior travel experience is required.
Candidates must possess experience in patient ratios of 1:2-3 in
ICU settings. Skills required include management of complex
cardiovascular patients and monitoring of specialized equipment.
Candidates should be familiar with advanced cardiac life support
measures. Teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration are
essential for unit operations. Floating policies are in accordance
with clinical experiences and required orientation standards.
Travelers must maintain certifications and licenses in a valid
state of practice. Candidates should ensure experience aligns with
