Senior Living Physical Therapist at Tennessee Physical Therapy Services at Emory Mills summary: The Senior Living Physical Therapist provides rehabilitative care to senior patients by evaluating needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions. They maintain safe equipment usage, adhere to medical regimens, and document patient progress and discharge summaries. This role offers career growth, continuing education, and requires licensure, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. We are hiring for Physical Therapist to join our team in Senior Living. Is aware of and adheres to precautions (THR, TKR, Cardiac, Wound, etc.). • Utilizes the following safe treatment techniques: transfers, positioning, feeding, splinting, paraffin bath, cryotherapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, etc. • Completes D/C summary on each patient on their final visit to outpatient PT. • Current Physical Therapist licensure in state of practice. • Current CPR certification is required. • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
