Job Description:
Fast Pace Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate
Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team.
This role is pivotal in delivering efficient and comprehensive
primary and urgent care in underserved communities. You will work
closely with patients across various age groups, handling
everything from preventive care to the acute management of chronic
conditions. This position serves as a cornerstone of our mission to
deliver accessible, affordable healthcare and is ideal for
candidates committed to making a significant impact in community
health. Conduct physical exams, assess health status, and formulate
differential diagnoses based on patients’ history and clinical
findings. Prescribe medications following clinical guidelines and
state laws. Develop and manage treatment plans for acute and
chronic diseases. Educate and guide patients on disease prevention
and healthy lifestyle behaviors. Ensure continuity of patient care
through effective communication with healthcare teams. Interpret
laboratory and diagnostic imaging results accurately. Maintain
patient records with accurate documentation of patient visits,
treatments, and follow-up care. Strong clinical skills with ability
to handle diverse cases Excellent diagnostic skills Proficiency in
using medical software and electronic health records Strong
