Job Description:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and be part of a unique healthcare

institution, you will play a vital role in the overall wellness of
incarcerated individuals by delivering high standard medical
services. You will collaborate closely with a team of healthcare
professionals to implement acceptable healthcare practices tailored
to meet the needs of a diverse patient population. This position
requires a blend of clinical expertise, understanding of health and
safety protocols in a secure setting, and passion for holistic
patient welfare. Administer daily medication and treatments as per
physician orders. Monitor patients' health and update medical
records. Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines to maintain a
secure environment. Strong clinical skills and proficiency in
healthcare protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to operate medical equipment. Capable of responding
effectively in high-pressure situations. Thorough understanding of
confidentiality obligations and compliance with security
regulations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance
Valid LPN license in the state of practice. CPR certified, Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred. Clearance for employment
in a correctional facility as per state regulations.
