Strong clinical skills in a wide range of nursing procedures Excellent patient management abilities Proficient in maintaining accurate and detailed reports Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to handle medical emergencies and provide swift decisions Current LPN or LVN license valid in the state of employment CPR/BLS certification Ability to pass a mandatory criminal background check and drug screening.
