Job Description Job Description Pay: From $75.00 per hour Job description: Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Every other weekend required: Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM Work Setting: Retail Clinic / Primary Care Position Summary Nurse Practitioners provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary and family care services in a collaborative retail clinic environment. The NP works alongside a dedicated clinical care team to improve patient outcomes through assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic disease management, preventive care, and patient education. This role reports directly to the Practice Manager. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning Conduct routine physical exams, health screenings, and chronic condition management Counsel patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle practices Perform clinic administrative tasks, including opening/closing procedures, inventory, and patient follow-up Verify insurance, collect payments, and ensure accurate documentation Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare providers Maintain clinic cleanliness and safety standards Promote patient engagement in preventive care, wellness, and disease management Minimum Qualifications Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program Current National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner Active and unrestricted NP license in the state of employment Minimum 1 year of recent primary care experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a clinical team Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure if required
