Job Description:
Job Description We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal
Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care (4–5
days/week) while serving as Medical Director. This role offers full
clinical autonomy, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity
to assume ownership of an established practice. Key
Responsibilities Deliver outpatient internal medicine care,
including preventive and chronic disease management Manage an
established adult patient panel Establish clinical protocols,
conduct chart reviews, and ensure quality standards Supervise NP/PA
providers and oversee prescribing practices Lead quality
initiatives, provider oversight, and clinical governance Support
operational improvements, recruitment, and practice growth
Qualifications MD or DO, Board Certified in Internal Medicine
Active Oregon license (or eligibility) and DEA registration 3–10
years outpatient experience preferred Leadership mindset with
supervisory or private practice experience preferred
