you will play a crucial role in the frontline care of patients
experiencing acute and life-threatening conditions. This position
requires exceptional clinical skills, the ability to think
critically under pressure, and a profound commitment to patient
care. Assess, triage, and treat patients in a fast-paced emergency
room environment. Administer medications, perform procedures, and
monitor patient recovery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary
healthcare teams to optimize patient care plans. Maintain accurate
and detailed patient records according to legal and professional
standards. Educate patients and their families on diagnosis,
treatment plans, and home-care procedures. Proficiency in using
medical software for patient documentation. Strong decision-making
and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and efficient in
high-stress situations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active RN license in the state of
Tennessee. BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart
Association.
