Job Description:
Williamson Health and Wellness Center seeks a dedicated
Phlebotomist to join our in-patient team. This role is crucial in
our mission to improve community health by collecting and preparing
patient specimens for laboratory analysis, ensuring accurate

patients practicing safe, hygienic phlebotomy procedures Label and
track specimens accurately, maintaining proper storage conditions
Conduct patient assessments regarding phlebotomy to identify
contraindications Maintain a clean and safe working environment in
compliance with healthcare regulations Provide clear instructions
to patients and manage any adverse reactions during blood draw
processes Proficient in various types of blood drawing techniques
Able to adhere to safety and hygiene protocols strictly Effective
communication and patient handling skills Detail-oriented with
strong organizational skills Capability to work under pressure in a
fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) CPR
certification preferred
